General Description
FJ2000 personal dosimeter alarming device is an intelligent pocket instrument. It adopts up-to-date single chip technology with relatively high function. The device is mainly used to monitor X ray and γray. It can read personal dose and personal dose rate directly; In the range of measurement, alarm threshold can be fixed or preset. When threshold is exceeded or the device is obstructed, it will give out acousto-optical alarm to remind workers to pay attention to safety. Its main technical indexes reach the national and international standards. The device is wearable and pocket with small volume and low power consumption among national similar instruments currently. It is widely applied to various fields ,such as industrial nondestructvive test, nuclear power plant, nuclear submarine, isotope application, hospital cobalt treatment, astronaut personal dose measurement, etc.

7.Alarm function and alarm threshold:
Alarm threshold can be set if dose rate and accumulative dose are in the measuring range.Below is the inherent alarm threshold of the instrument:
①Accumulative dose: every increase of 0.1μsv, it gives out one sound and one flash; ≥50μsv,acousto-optic alarms for 5secods with “ALARM”display.
②Dose rate:
≥25μsv/h,acousto-optic alarms for about 6seconds with “ALARM” display.
③Alarm for obstruction
When counting tube is obstructed, alarm will continue with “ALARM” display.
Alarm sound intensity is about 80dB at a distance of 30cm.
8.Battery undervoltage directive:
When battery voltage is lower than 2.7± 0.05V,the instrument will display undervoltage signal “LOBAT”.Then it can still operate continuously for more than 24 hours at the place of relatively low radiation.
9.Battery and consumption:
Two 1.5V alkaline batteries of AAA type.Under the environmental background, power consumption is lower than 2mw.It can be used for 720 hours continuously.
