1. Provide the most adequate imaging data
Our mammography cassette could enable the film and intensifying screen to be closed with the chest of the mammography tester (the distance is less than 2mm). So that to provide more adequate imaging data for the doctor.
2. Good layering, clarity and stable for the film image
Adopt with the high elasticity sponge, it has the good sponge and long using life. There is no any black sponge particles fallen if use for a long period.
When close the cassette, the high elasticity sponge could exhaust the gas in the cassette. Enable the intensifying screen and the film to be closely, so that to ensure the stable and clarity for the film imaging.
Due to we use the ABS plastic by one forming technology, there is no need for the mammography irradiation surface of the process of spray coating. Avoid the residual dust when the spray coating of the irradiation surface to be the small particles in the imaging film.
3. Strict quality control, light tight of the cassette
According with the FDA in USA, CE in Europe, TUV ISO13485/9001 and many other quality control standard and management system, strictly control for the quality of the whole producing process.
